RV APPLICATIONS OF OUR COMPOSITE PANELS

PANELS TO MEET YOUR RECREATIONAL VEHICLE NEEDS

RV usage has changed dramatically over the last several years. Thrill-seeking, frequent trips to remote locations and going “off the grid” are more popular and the number of people choosing to live a nomadic lifestyle is on the rise. This shift has increased the need for lighter-weight vehicles with better fuel economy, while also requiring less maintenance.

Coosa’s composite panels are the bulwark of the strongest, most lightweight RVs. Our paneling — made from high-density, closed-cell, polyurethane foam reinforced with layers of fiberglass — acts as an all-in-one structural core and water barrier.

Coosa saves weight without compromising strength, which in turn improves gas mileage and reduces the total cost of ownership. Our panels weigh 40-60% less than plywood and offer two to three times the insulation value. Coosa requires no maintenance, saving you money and time in the long run.  We permanently solve the problem of rotten floor replacement in RVs.
